Worcestershire Community Action Network (We CAN)  is a group of locally based organisations with strong links to the grassroots voluntary sector.

The six voluntary organisations that have come together as We CAN cover all the localities of Worcestershire. Among us there are Volunteer Centres, Councils for Voluntary Service, community transport providers and community action charities.

We came together because

• locally-based voluntary organisations need a bigger voice in what happens in Worcestershire and, in particular, their local districts and neighbourhoods
• local volunteering needs to be more valued and supported
• community action on a district or neighbourhood level needs to be championed alongside Worcestershire-wide approaches
